Subdivision Information
Huntington Place is a gated and deed restricted community consisting of 140 lushly vegetated lots on 71 acres, located just minutes northwest of Vero Beach, Florida. Minimum lot sizes are 12,000 square feet, with some as large as 25,000 square feet, the average size being 13,500 square feet. Of the 71 acres, a total of eight (8) acres has been set aside as natural wetlands, conservation areas and buffers. Lots exist in their natural state, and are densely populated with mature pines, oaks, and other native vegetation. Not only does this provide for a natural sense of peace and quiet, but it will enhance the architectural scale and appeal of the completed neighborhood. Homeowners will be provided with unique opportunities to design homes that will be complemented by the natural surroundings, rather than beginning with a barren lot, and attempting to bring nature to it.
In addition to the plentiful vegetation, Huntington Place also has five lakes, which provide for an additional six (6) acres of natural open space, and are stocked with bass, blue gill, catfish, crawfish, and minnows. The lakes and wetlands provide refuge and habitat for numerous varieties of water fowl and native wildlife. Over half of the lots have direct frontage on a lake, and those that do not have water frontage, are bordered by a conservation area or buffer. No other subdivision in Indian River County is as serene, natural, and forested as Huntington Place.
Included as an additional amenity, Huntington Place will feature an 1,800 square foot community center and clubhouse, complete with recreational facilities and swimming pool.
Huntington Place receives water, sewer, and electrical services from the public utilities.

Clubhouse Information
The Huntington Place clubhouse will be a 1,804 square foot recreational center, which will include a portico entry, a kitchen, office, club room, and a covered patio and 30’x 40’ swimming pool and facilities.

Proposed Home Plans and Information
Huntington Place has contracted with Schlitt Builders of Vero Beach for the construction of the clubhouse facilities. In addition to this, we are working with Schlitt to produce some top quality home designs that will complement the overall character of the subdivision, and provide ready-to-build plans for lot owners who are ready to go. Schlitt Builders is an experienced and proven local design-build firm that has the capacity to help clients design a completely unique and custom home from scratch, or help to make some personalized changes on existing proposed plans to better suit individual needs and desires. Please note, however, there is no builder exclusivity requirement at Huntington Place. Lot purchasers are free to enlist the services of any designer and builder they choose.
